In Elements of a Soul, choosing the right character type is crucial for your success on the battlefield. Each character type offers unique abilities, strengths, and strategies, creating a dynamic and balanced gameplay experience.

**Gunner**:

* **Specialization**: High-damage, long-range attacks.
* **Tactics**: Gunners excel at taking down enemies with speed and precision. Strategic positioning is key for Gunners to dominate the battlefield, but they must stay vigilant to avoid letting enemies get too close.

**Mage**:

* **Specialization**: Mystical forces and elemental control.
* **Tactics**: Mages harness the elements and arcane knowledge to shape the battlefield. With the ability to control fire, ice, lightning, and other powerful spells, Mages dominate from a distance, using devastating attacks to obliterate enemies or manipulate the environment.

**Ranger**:

#### Character Creation

**Customize Your Hero**:

* **During the Tutorial Phase**: Players have the opportunity to create and customize their character during the tutorial phase of the game. This is where you define your hero's appearance, skills, and initial equipment.

**Standard Items**:

* **Starter Equipment**: When you begin your journey in Elements of a Soul, you will receive two standard items:
  1. **Plasma Cutter**: Functions like a pickaxe, essential for gathering resources.
  2. **Backpack**: An inventory system based on weight, allowing you to carry your loot and essentials.

**Early Adopter Rewards**:

* **Genesis Items**: Players who join the game early will be rewarded with unique equipment known as Genesis items. These items are indestructible and exclusive to early adopters. Genesis items can be upgraded through crafting, except for the backpack.
